How your free first class works
Walking into a new gym is the hard part, so we made the first step simple: come do an actual class, on us. No separate consult and no pressure pitch. You train, you see the room, and you decide for yourself.

Choose any regular CrossFit or EDH Burn class, early morning, midday, or evening. Whatever works for your week.

Come a few minutes early and say hi. Your first class is completely free, scaled to your level, with a coach giving first-timers extra attention.

Is the first class really free?
Yes, your first class is genuinely free, with no catch and no obligation to join. Start your free trial, pick a class that fits your schedule, and come train with us.
How do I claim my free class?
Tap the button to start your free trial on our PushPress signup page, you just enter your email and continue. From there you can book a class time. Prefer to talk first? Call or text us and we’ll get you set up.
Do I need to be fit or experienced first?
No. It's a real class, but every movement scales to your level, and first-timers get extra coaching attention so you're never lost or in over your head. "I haven't worked out in years" is the most common starting point we hear.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. That’s it, no experience required.
What happens after my free class?
If it's a fit, your coach will walk you through membership options and help you pick the right plan, your first class is free, and from there it's $185 every 4 weeks for unlimited or $165 for the 12x plan. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings and no pressure.
